Change your personal details

If you have recently moved, or need to change your contact details for any other reason, please complete the 3 parts of the form below.

 

• In part 1 choose your contact type.
• In part 2 give us your details that you believe are CURRENTLY held by The Bone Marrow Donor Programme (BMDP), including your date of birth. We need this information to help us identify your personal record in our contacts database.
• In part 3 fill in your new details ensuring you provide us with accurate telephone contact details and then click "Send".

 

*If you are already a member of the BMDP Register and want to notify us of any changes in your personal circumstances that may make you unavailable as a potential donor [such as pregnancy or having a particular medical condition], please complete ONLY parts 1 and 2 of the form below. Then click "Send" at the bottom of the page. A member of BMDP staff will contact you to discuss this further.

Please remember to tick the box at the bottom of the form that allows us to keep your details on our database. We will update you from time to time on our work and the progress we make in meeting our targets and by sharing this with friends and colleagues, you can help spread our message.

 

Your Data

We value your support, and confirm that the data that is held by the Bone Marrow Donor Programme will be held in strictest confidence. We will use your data to keep in touch with you concerning our activities as a fundraising charity, blood stem cell register and scientific research institute. We will not, without your consent, supply your details to any third party except where this is necessary to carry out our activities or required by law.
